Refund policy
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition
- Items must be returned with all tags attached and in original packaging
- Items must show no signs of wear, use, hair, product residue, odors, or damage
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition or final sale drops (as marked)
- Gift cards
- PR or gifted items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items that show signs of wear or use
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above and be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is up to 10 business days
- Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
